Cancellation and Refund Policy
To secure your booking, a deposit is required. All bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms:
Cancellations by the Client
- More than 60 days before the scheduled service: full refund of all payments made.
- 31–60 days before the scheduled service: 50% of the total amount is non-refundable.
- 30 days or less before the scheduled service: 100% of the total amount is non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed, we reserve specific dates, vehicle, and driver exclusively for your tour, and may decline other inquiries for the same period. In many cases, logistical arrangements and costs are incurred in advance.
Changes to Bookings
We will always do our best to accommodate changes; however, all changes are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.
Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather or force majeure), a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date/service will be offered.
No-Show
Failure to appear at the agreed time and location will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
